These terms apply when you visit or buy from this website. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them. "Mallu House", "we" and "us" mean the business whose details are on our contact information page.

1. About us

Mallu House sells banana chips made in Keralam. Our customer care email is hello@malluhouse.com and our phone number is +91 95670 45660. Our address and FSSAI licence details are on the contact information page.

2. Products and prices

All prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including ingredients, net content and shelf life. Photographs are for illustration; the pack you receive may look slightly different from the picture.
Products are made in small batches and may sometimes be out of stock. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an order placed at a wrong price, with a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when we have received your payment and sent you an order confirmation.
Payments are accepted online only, by UPI, cards and wallets, through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Offers and discounts, such as the combo offer, apply as described at the time of the offer, are applied automatically at checkout, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.

4. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our return, refund and cancellation policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Food information

Please read the ingredients, shelf life and storage instructions on the pack and on the product page. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, please check with us before ordering. Store the product in a cool, dry place and keep the pouch tightly sealed after opening.

6. Your use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful. You must give correct information when you order.

7. Intellectual property

The Mallu House name, logo, illustrations, photographs and text on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to make and pack our products safely. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.
