What's in the chips?

Classic is raw Nendran banana, coconut oil and salt. Sweet is ripe Nendran banana, coconut oil and salt. That's the whole list.

How long do they stay fresh?

Use within 4 months of the manufacture date printed on the pack.

How should I store them?

Keep them in a cool, dry place, and seal the pouch tightly after opening so they stay crisp.

Is the Sweet one made with added sugar?

No. Its sweetness comes naturally from ripe Nendran bananas, with no added sugar.

Are they vegan and gluten-free?

Yes, both flavours are vegan and gluten-free, and made without preservatives.

Where are they made?

In small batches by Mallu House Gourmet in Trivandrum, Keralam, with local producers and the recipes we grew up with.
